Events : The communal oven

WOODFIRE COOKING IN THE COMMUNAL OVEN


Every first weekend of each month, in the “Poissonnerie” Street,

the town of Biot opens the doors  to the communal oven. Every first weekend of the month, from 9.00 to 17.00, the town of Biot offers a friendly visit around the communal oven to allow people to come and cook their meals over a wood fire.






A pastry - bakery workshop is organized on the first Saturday of the month from 14.30. It offers all aspiring chefs the opportunity to try their culinary skills. Everyone can then find the flavours of yesteryear, under the expert eye of Master baker Christian Vinciguerra.The opening of the communal oven is also provided during events taking place in the village.
